Snow Mountain
Apple Blossom Garden enjoyed snow mountain and the snowy path adjacent to our school before break. Father Winter's and Brother Wind's chill in the air did not stop the mountain goats and penguins in our class from enjoying outdoor play!
1st & 2nd Grades
First graders are learning the four processes in their second math block. In movement and writing, their abilities are increasing each day. We are also enjoying winter stories with King Winter in the land.
5th & 6th Grades
The fifth and sixth graders are beginning their study of geometry with these beautiful drawings, created using a compass to create circles and intersecting arcs.
7th & 8th Grades
In this first week of our mathematics block the students were introduced to the basic principles of algebra and we then applied these principles to the calculation of area.
