Early Childhood Lead Teacher & Assistant

We are seeking an Early Childhood lead teacher and assistant for the 2021-2022 school year. We anticipate returning to a more full Early Childhood program and will need to secure a new lead teacher and assistant. Early Childhood teachers will be joining a strong team of educators dedicated to holding a warm and loving environment for our youngest students to thrive. All teachers are encouraged to deepen his/her understanding of anthroposophy, child development and regularly developing their materials and teaching skills.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have completed an undergraduate degree, have teaching experience, a love for young children and an ability to work as a team.

Compensation/Benefits: Early Childhood Lead Teachers are salaried employees. EC assistants are hourly. Compensated based on our approved salary structure. Benefits include tuition remission and funds for ongoing professional development.


Grades Class Teacher 

Class teachers are responsible for planning the daily, weekly and block rhythms of the year. These plans are developed in accordance with the principles of Waldorf pedagogy and in light of the needs of the class.
