One of our apple trees was mysteriously destroyed, so our 4th & 5th graders replaced it during their Farm & Garden classes this week.

The 6th, 7th & 8th grades wrote their own story in Mandarin Chinese, practiced reading it, and then played a game with sentence strips, putting the parts of their story in order.
We picked carrots from the garden and washed them in the fresh frost to be used in our first pot of soup for snack.
This week we invited the second and third graders to join us on our hike and in return they showed us all they great places they played last year. Fun was shared by all!
