2nd & 3rd Grades - Field Trip to Old World Wiscsonsin

Second and third grades traveled to Old World Wisconsin to experience the life of a Norwegian immigrant family that settled in Wisconsin in 1820.
The students visited Bob and Leo the sheep.
A carding wool lesson was given along with a demonstration on a spinning wheel.
Students explored the actual homestead of the family and learned about the work involved in setting up a farm and home.
The original One-Room School House was a fun and interesting experience.
