Our palates were delighted on Saturday morning as we tasted a variety of foods including yeast and sourdough breads, fermented vegetables and drinks, and delicious sourdough pancakes, presented by the seventh and eighth graders as a culmination of what they've learned during this four-week block of Kitchen Chemistry. The verdict is in: Chemistry is delicious!
