Member-At-Large

I joined the Da Vinci Waldorf School Board in October 2024 and currently serve as a Member-at-Large. My family has been part of the school community since September 2019, beginning with the Parent–Child program.

I was drawn to Waldorf education for the way it cultivates a genuine love of learning. Its approach encourages children to move freely within their environment, engage their imaginations, develop traditional skills, and practice thoughtful social etiquette. I especially value watching my children learn through outdoor exploration, creative play, games, and hands-on experimentation rather than through rigid confinement.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. I am a small-animal exclusive practitioner and became a hospital owner in 2021. I hope to bring my experience as a business owner to the board to help sustain and strengthen the environment the school has so carefully built.

In my free time, I enjoy furniture restoration, running, biking, swimming, and crafting with my daughters.
