Inspiring Life-long Learning for Over 25 Years
Huda Alhinnawi
1st Grade Teacher
My name is Huda Alhinnawi, and I am the First Grade Teacher at Da Vinci Waldorf School.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Al-Isra University in Jordan, a Master’s degree in Education from Mount Mary University in Wisconsin, and a Waldorf Teaching Certificate from the Great Lakes Institute in Wisconsin. I have been working as a teacher for over seven years, including three years at Waldorf schools.
While completing my master’s degree, I had the opportunity to complete my practicum and observation at Da Vinci Waldorf School. I then worked as a substitute teacher across all grade levels. The supportive faculty and staff, authentic community, and wonderful school programs all inspired me to become part of this amazing team.
My goal as a teacher is to make sure that every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to do their best. I strive to create a positive, healthy, and joyful environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a mother of four beautiful children, I enjoy spending time with my family and doing many things together, including gardening, crocheting, painting, and cooking. I also have a great passion for dancing!
