This week Apple Gardeners were busy at work, peeling and chopping apples. It was a perfect morning for apple peeling and chopping—not too hot and not too cold! They children greatly enjoyed the delicious apple sauce they made from them! Many thanks to class parents for the apples.
The class also took a hike through the hidden trails inside the prairie this week and enjoyed the change of the season.
