Annual Food Drive Extended! Donations welcome through the morning of November 9!

Look what our Da Vinci community has already collected!

In the spirit of Michaelmas, we’re we’re collecting nonperishable food and personal care essentials for the Wauconda–Island Lake Food Pantry. Thanks to the generosity of our families, donations are piling up, and there’s still time to contribute!

Please bring nonperishable food and personal care items to school through the morning of Nov. 9.

Especially needed: Canned fruits, vegetables, soup and protein; cooking oil, spices and condiments; toiletries; baby care supplies; pasta and rice.

On November 9, our grade school students will take part in the Pantry Walk, delivering the donations to the food pantry, putting compassion and community service into action.
