Parent-Child classes mirror the rhythms and activities of a Waldorf Early Childhood classroom.

Cb6441d8 7a24 4a22 9750 66b32c011618Parents/caregivers accompany their children (ages 1-3.5) in:

  • circle and story time
  • creating simple crafts
  • baking bread
  • playing games
  • enjoying physical movement

Parents have an opportunity to mingle with each other to discover the framework of Waldorf-inspired best practices. Parents explore the importance of rhythm in the home, the role of early movement in motor organization and speech development, and how to support their child's budding interest in play.

Classes meet once each week from 8:45-10:45 a.m.

Choose Monday or Friday.

Children and parents are welcome to join at any time during the session!

Please register online, or contact the office 847-526-1372 or Margaret Myren if you are interested in joining a class with your child. You can download a registration form here and bring it by the office, if you prefer.
