I am an early childhood assistant teacher in Sunflower Garden. I have also taught yoga for many years at yoga studios, for the forest preserve, at salt rooms, and privately. I have taken early childhood classes at Harper College and Chicago Waldorf School. I was a Big Sister for two years.

What attracted me to Waldorf education was the emphasis on being outdoors, learning through the arts, and seeing each child as an individual with their own unique strengths. I love how parents and teachers at Da Vinci Waldorf School have a voice in the direction of the school. My son attends Da Vinci Waldorf School and there is nothing better than having your little one come home smelling like fresh bread and lavender, begging for more days at school! I hope students leave the school knowing that every person matters. We are all important and beautiful. Anything is possible. There is so much light in the world and in humanity. In my free time, I love to do yoga, travel, cook vegan, discover nature and hike, and to spend time with loved ones.
