In BCST\, a light contact-touch with the hands is used to facilitate a deepening into a relaxed state where the therapist orients to the underlying forces of Wellbeing within the body.  These innate forces of Wellbeing\, called the Tides\, engage with\, release and relax the imprint of trauma that underlies tension in the nervous system and the physical restriction of structures and tissues in the body.  This\, in turn\, supports the down-regulation of the nervous system to return to a normal self-regulating state. \nPaul is a Nationally Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist\, living and practicing full-time in Albany Park\, Chicago since 2014.
